Did you know that the UK Chief Medical Officers Guidelines state that under 5’s should aim for at least 3 hours of physical activity across the day? Wow, sounds like a lot? When you think about your day, your children might already do this. Every movement counts, so that includes tummy time, dancing, messy play, walking, using a bike or scooter, throwing and catching, swimming, climbing, skipping, playing with objects and games, playing outdoors and in the playground.
Super Stars Enfield offers fun, active and sporty sessions specifically designed for under 5’s. Our sessions includes high energy movements that help develop cardiovascular fitness, fine and gross motor skills to help develop coordination, agility and spatial awareness, a range of multi sports skills and equipment to keep all sessions fun and engaging. All sessions can help to develop confidence, social skills, burn children’s excess energy and aid sleep.
I believe strongly in getting children into good habits for leading an active life. We learn more physical skills in our first five years than at any other time in our lives. Therefore it is so important that young children have lots of time to practise and develop these skills. Super Stars Enfield offers the perfect environment to do this. All sessions are designed and delivered by an experienced PE teacher using the Early Years Foundation Stage guidelines. If you are looking for:

Our sessions are every Wednesday 10-10.45am at the Drill Hall, 1 Old Park Avenue, Enfield Town, EN2 6PJ. All sessions are suitable from walking up to age 5 and are £7 per child.
